13 Palestinians massacred, others injured in Israeli strike on refugee camp in Lebanon

Wednesday 19-November-2025

BEIRUT, (PIC)

At least 13 Palestinian civilians were massacred and others were injured in an Israeli airstrike on a Palestinian refugee camp in southern Lebanon on Tuesday evening.

The drone strike reportedly hit a parking lot of a mosque in the 'Ain El-'Hilwa refugee camp on the outskirts of the coastal city of Sidon, according to the Lebanese state-run National News Agency.

Other news reports said the strike targeted a soccer field near the mosque.

At least four people were also wounded in the attack, the Lebanese health ministry said, adding that “ambulances transported the victims to nearby hospitals.

The Israeli occupation regime justified the massacre by claiming it attacked members of the Hamas Movement who were operating in a training compound in the refugee camp.

'Hamas categorically denied the Israeli claim, calling it a “fabrication” and affirming that the Movement does not have training facilities in Lebanon’s refugee camps.

“The Zionist attack was a barbaric aggression against our innocent Palestinian people as well as Lebanon’s sovereignty,” it said in a statement.

Sources from the Movement said that “Israel targeted a mini soccer field well known to residents of Ein al-Hilweh refugee camp, which is usually crowded at this time.”

The Movement denied that a senior 'Hamas figure was targeted, stressing that those killed were residents of the camp, saying the victims were young men and children.

“This Israeli army’s airstrike is part of Israel’s ongoing aggression against the Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank, and part of its repeated attacks on Lebanese territory,” Hamas said.

'Hamas warned of Israeli attempts to widen the scope of its aggression and destabilize the region.

Hamas condemns Israel’s deadly attacks on Gaza, urges mediators to intervene

Thursday 20-November-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Hamas Movement has called on the US administration and the mediators of the Gaza ceasefire agreement to step in urgently to curb Israeli attacks, warning that Israel’s ongoing violations risk igniting a new escalation.

In a statement on Wednesday, the Movement strongly denounced the Israeli airstrikes on Gaza City and Khan Yunis, which killed 26 Palestinians, including women and children, and wounded dozens more.

According to the Hamas, the Israeli occupation army has killed 300 civilians in the Gaza Strip since the ceasefire agreement came into force, amid ongoing strikes, home demolitions, and the closure of the Rafah border crossing.

Hamas described these Israeli violations as a “clear challenge to US and regional guarantors.”

PGMO: IOF expands “Yellow Zone” after new massacre; Hamas urges guarantors to act

Thursday 20-November-2025

Link copied! + -

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) said that the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) expanded the yellow zone east of Gaza City after the bloody massacre it carried out on Wednesday.

The Office added in a statement on Thursday that the criminal occupation was not content with the massacre it committed yesterday by bombing Gaza City and Khan Yunis, which resulted in 25 martyrs, including an entire family wiped from the civil registry, a father and his three children, and a man and his wife, in addition to dozens of wounded, some in critical condition, and continued its violations.

It explained that the occupation army carried out a new attack in a blatant violation of the ceasefire, by advancing into the eastern area of Gaza City and changing the locations of the yellow markers, expanding the zone it controls by 300 meters in the streets of Al-Sha’f, Al-Nazaz, and Baghdad. It also surrounded dozens of families living in these areas who could not leave after being surprised by the tank incursion. The fate of many of these families remains unknown amid the shelling targeting the area.

PGMO stressed that these ongoing crimes represent a clear Israeli disregard for the ceasefire decision. They add to nearly 400 violations recorded since the decision came into effect, resulting in the killing of more than 300 martyrs, hundreds of injuries, and further worsening of the catastrophic conditions faced by the Palestinian people in the small remaining area of the Gaza Strip.

It warned that what has encouraged Israel to continue these crimes and ceasefire violations is the silence of the mediators and guarantors, and their failure to take serious steps to compel it to fulfill its commitments, “foremost among them stopping its crimes against our people and allowing the entry of all types of basic necessities, whether food, shelter, medical supplies, or infrastructure needs.”

PGMO stressed that the silence on the part of the mediators and guarantors is no longer acceptable, nor is the international inability to stop the occupation’s crimes and its evasion of its responsibilities and obligations. The Office held all parties responsible for the catastrophic humanitarian consequences caused by these violations.

In this context, Hazem Qassem, spokesperson for the Hamas Movement, said that the Israeli occupation committed a major massacre in the Gaza Strip despite the existence of an agreement to stop the war.

Qassem added in a press statement on Thursday that the occupation violated the agreement by killing and injuring dozens, including women and children.

He stressed that this behavior reflects a clear lack of respect by the occupation government for the mediators and guarantor countries, which have failed to prevent the occupation from continuing its genocide against the Gaza Strip.

He called on all parties that signed the agreement in Sharm El-Sheikh, especially Egypt, Qatar, Türkiye, and the United States, to assume their responsibilities and take urgent measures to stop the occupation’s aggression and its violations of the agreement to halt the war on Gaza.

At least 25 citizens were martyred, including 18 children and at least one woman, and dozens were injured in Israeli airstrikes since last night across several areas of the Gaza Strip.

Knesset approves first reading of bill to cut UNRWA access to water and electricity

TEL AVIV, November 19, 2025 (WAFA) —

The Israeli Knesset approved in its first reading on Wednesday a government bill amending the law on suspending UNRWA activities, with 28 members voting in favor and 8 against. The bill was referred to the relevant Knesset committee for further consideration.

The amendment stipulates that water and electricity providers will not supply any property registered under UNRWA as the consumer. It also grants the state authority to take control of lands registered with the Israel Land Authority that are used by UNRWA.

The amendment follows a previous Knesset law prohibiting any connection between state authorities and UNRWA, which raised debate over whether water and electricity services fall under this “connection.”

The new bill clarifies that the prohibition also applies to vital services, including supplying UNRWA properties with water and electricity, and allows the state to seize properties used by the agency, particularly in occupied Jerusalem.

The proposed legislation is seen as part of broader Israeli efforts to undermine UNRWA’s work and attempts to marginalize the Palestinian refugee issue.

Asra Media Office: Israel is committing organized executions of Palestinian detainees

Wednesday 19-November-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Asra Media Office reported that data released by the organization “Physicians for Human Rights, revealing the deaths of 98 Palestinians, most of them civilians, in Israeli prisons and detention centers since October 7, 2023, confirms earlier findings by prisoner rights groups that Israel is committing organized executions of Palestinian detainees away from international oversight.”

In a statement issued Wednesday, the office emphasized that the detainees’ death without fair trials or informing their families of their fate constitutes extrajudicial killings and qualifies as both a war crime and a crime against humanity under the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

The statement stressed that, under international humanitarian law, such actions are considered grave breaches and blatant violations of the Geneva Conventions, particularly Common Article 3 and Article 27 of the Fourth Geneva Convention, which obligate occupying forces to protect the lives and dignity of detainees under all circumstances.

The Asra Media Office held Israel fully responsible for the deaths, attributing them to brutal torture, starvation, and deliberate medical neglect. The office also asserted that the actual death toll is likely far higher, as Israel continues to enforce a policy of secrecy and forced disappearance, especially for those detained on or after October 7.

The office called on international organizations, particularly the International Committee of the Red Cross and the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, to fulfill their responsibilities by launching an urgent international investigation, ensuring access to detainees, halting ongoing abuses, and holding those responsible accountable before the International Criminal Court.

It also urged action to uncover the fate of many prisoners subjected to enforced disappearance, to conduct visits to assess their conditions and rights, and to push for their immediate release.

Lastly, the statement stressed the importance of intensifying popular solidarity campaigns in support of the detainees across all platforms until they are all freed.

UN expert accuses EU, member states of enabling destruction of Palestine

Wednesday 19-November-2025

BRUSSELS, (PIC)

Francesca Albanese, the UN special rapporteur on the occupied Palestinian territories, has sharply criticized the European Union (EU), saying its policies and those of its member states are contributing to the destruction of Palestine.

Addressing reporters at the European parliament in Brussels on Tuesday, she accused the EU of failing to uphold its international legal responsibilities towards Gaza and the Palestinian situation in general.

Albanese pinpointed the continued trade and military cooperation between the EU and Israel as a central issue, expressing grave concern that the suspension of the EU-Israel association agreement has been blocked by nations including Germany and Italy.

Albanese highlighted ongoing arms transfers and Israel’s participation in programs like Horizon Europe as evidence that the EU is not a passive observer but an active participant in the crisis. “In my view, the situation is so dire that it is beyond comment.”

The UN expert described the situation in the occupied West Bank as an “ethnic cleansing” marked by violence of nearly unprecedented scale in the past eight decades.

She highlighted a troubling European involvement, noting that many violent Israeli settlers hold citizenship in European countries and that numerous Europeans have served in the Israeli military. Against this backdrop, she argued, discussions of a two-state solution are meaningless while the Palestinian population is “disappearing and their land is being seized or destroyed.”

“We are facing a new genocide, and we are at risk of being complicit in it,” she warned.

She elaborated that this European complicity not only leads to the devastation of Palestine but also undermines the core principles on which the European Union was founded.

She also dismissed the US President’s plan for Gaza as non-compliant with international law, citing the International Court of Justice’s ruling on the illegality of Israel’s occupation, and reiterated the urgent need to suspend the EU-Israel military cooperation agreement.

IOFs detain and interrogate more than 200 Palestinians in Bait Ummar, north of El-Khaleel (Hebron)

Wednesday 19-November-2025

El-Khaleel (Hebron), (PIC)

Palestinian prisoner rights organizations said on Wednesday that Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) detained and interrogated more than 200 Palestinians in the town of Bait Ummar, north of El-Khaleel (Hebron), during a wave of raids that continued through Tuesday night and into Wednesday morning.

The organizations noted that the IOFs kidnapping and field-interrogation campaigns across the West Bank have been escalating, with Bait Ummar experiencing one of the most intense assaults in recent months.

Witnesses from the town said IOFs conducted sweeping field interrogations affecting around 200 residents, including families of slain Palestinians. The raids were accompanied by severe beatings, widespread property destruction, and vandalism inside homes, acts detainee groups describe as part of Israel’s ongoing policy of collective punishment against Palestinians.

Residents also reported the theft of cash, gold jewelry, personal belongings, and the confiscation of vehicles and electronic devices. Several homes were turned into military posts, and IOFs used civilians as human shields and distributed leaflets containing threats to the citizens.

Rights groups said the level of brutality displayed by the Israeli occupation soldiers during these arrest campaigns has reached unprecedented levels, targeting all segments of Palestinian society, including children, women, and the elderly.

Israeli occupation forces detain 56 Palestinians in El-Khaleel (Hebron), including two women, amid widespread raids and abuse

El-Khaleel (Hebron), November 20, 2025 (WAFA) –

The Israeli occupation forces detained 56 Palestinians, including two women, from El-Khaleel (Hebron) governorate on Thursday. Most prominently the town of Bait Ummar, north of El-Khaleel (Hebron), and the arrests were accompanied by acts of harassment against the town's residents.

Security sources told WAFA that the Israeli occupation forces raided the Wadi El-'Hariya and Khirbet Qalqas areas south of El-Khaleel (Hebron) city, where they detained ten Palestinians.

In the northern town of Bait Ummar, Israeli troops launched a second consecutive day of mass detentions and raids targeting most of the town's homes, turning many into military outposts.

These raids were accompanied by acts of abuse against residents and the deliberate destruction of their property and belongings, after the occupation forces imposed a tight siege on the town, declaring it a closed military zone and sealing off all entrances and exits, thus preventing the movement of residents.

The kidnapping and detention operation affected more than 40 citizens, including two women, who were held in the town's stadium.

Thursday 20-November-2025

WEST BANK, (PIC)

The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) carried out a campaign of raids and kidnappings in different areas of the West Bank last night and on Thursday morning, amid assaults on Palestinian citizens.

The campaign happened mainly in El-Khaleel (Hebron), Ramallah, Nablus, Qalqilya, Toubas, Toulkarm, and Jineen.

In El-Khaleel (Hebron), Palestinian journalists reported that the Israeli occupation forces stormed the town of Bait Ummar, north of the city, raiding a large number of homes, turning some of them into military posts, and imposing movement restrictions in its streets.

The IOFs reportedly kidnapped more than 40 Palestinians following raids on homes in the town during the night hours.

According to eyewitnesses, the detainees were maltreated and severely beaten during the IOFs raids on homes and after being held in a sports field in the town, which was used as an interrogation center.

Israeli forces also raided homes belonging to relatives of martyr 'Imran El-Atrash, in El-Khaleel (Hebron) City, and kidnapped several of them.

El-Atrash and another young man carried out a car-ramming and stabbing operation near the illegal settlement of Gush Etzion in the southern West Bank last Tuesday, which resulted in the killing of one settler and the injury of three others, one of them critically.

In al-Khalil as well, three Palestinians from one family were injured on Wednesday evening in an assault carried out by extremist Jewish settlers near the Dthahr El-Hawiya area, which is adjacent to Road 60.

Faysal El-Qawasmi said that a group of settlers brutally attacked his father, mother, and brother, who sustained multiple injuries, adding that they were taken to the hospital for medical assistance.

In Jineen, the IOFs kidnapd several young men from the town of Qabatya.

In Nablus, Israeli forces stormed the courtyard of the National Hospital in the city, with no reported arrests.

Israeli forces issue demolition orders to four Palestinian families in Old City of El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem)

El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), November 19, 2025 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces on Wednesday delivered demolition orders to four Palestinian families in Aqabat Al-Khalidiya district in El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem)’s Old City, claiming their homes are unfit for living.

The homes belong to the Hashima, Maswada, Kasteero, and Sidaawi families, who said they were shocked by the orders despite having lived in these properties for nearly six decades.

The families reported that Israeli authorities have for years refused to grant them permits to repair or upgrade the aging structures, and have also prevented them from carrying out essential maintenance to ensure the safety of their homes. This neglect, they said, causes the buildings to deteriorate and crack, and is later used as a pretext for demolition.

The orders come within a broader policy targeting Palestinian homes in and around the Old City, where Israeli authorities impose systematic restrictions on residents by denying building permits, levying heavy fines, and pressuring families toward forced displacement in favor of settlement expansion and settler organizations, particularly in areas near Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The families said they will turn to their lawyers to challenge the demolition orders, which threaten to leave dozens of residents homeless. They warned that carrying out these orders would constitute a new violation against the Palestinian presence in the Old City.

El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), November 20, 2025 (WAFA) –

A group of the illegal Israeli settlers attacked on Thursday the Bedouin community of 'Arab El-'Ara’ra, east of Jaba’, northeast of El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem).

El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) Governorate said  that a group of Israeli colonists attacked residents’ homes and set fire to tires near the houses.

From October 7, 2023, until October 5, 2025, colonists carried out 7,154 attacks against Palestinians and their property, resulting in the killing  of 34 Palestinians and the displacement of 33 Palestinian Bedouin communities, comprising 455 families and 2,853 individuals, from their homes to other locations, according to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission.

Illegal Israeli settlers attack Palestinian shepherds in northern Jordan Valley

JORDAN VALLEY, November 20, 2025 (WAFA) –

A group of the illegal Israeli settlers attacked Palestinian residents in Khirbet Naba' Ghazal El-Farsiyah, in the northern Jordan Valley, on Thursday.

Local sources reported that a group of the illegal Israeli settlers attempted to prevent shepherds from grazing their livestock in pastures near their tents and assaulted them after the residents confronted them. The sources added that the Israeli occupation forces later stormed the area to support the colonists in their attacks against the residents.

The northern Jordan Valley region lives under the constant threat of renewed colonist violence against its residents and their property.

According to documented data, colonists carried out 766 attacks during the month of October, concentrated in the governorates of Ramallah, El-Beereh, Nablus, and El-Khaleel (Hebron).

Illegal Israeli settlers assault Palestinian family near El-Khaleel (Hebron), injuring three

El-Khaleel (Hebron), November 19, 2025 (WAFA) —

A Palestinian man, his wife, and their son were injured on Wednesday evening after being assaulted by a group of the illegal Israeli settlers northeast of El-Khaleel (Hebron), according to local sources.

Faysal El-Qawasmi, a Palestinian citizen, told WAFA correspondent that a group of the illegal Israeli settlers attacked his father, his mother, and his brother while they were on their land adjacent to Route 60.

The attack caused head injuries and multiple bruises across their bodies. They were transferred to hospital for treatment.

In recent years, human rights groups and international organizations have documented a sharp rise in attacks by armed colonists against Palestinian residents, farmland, homes, and vehicles.

These assaults often take place under the protection of Israeli forces, who frequently restrict Palestinian movement while colonists carry out attacks.

El-Khaleel (Hebron) and its surrounding villages are among the areas most affected, with communities facing repeated assaults, land takeovers, and harassment intended to force them away from their property.

Local residents say the violence has escalated further since late 2023, with settlers acting with greater impunity and expanding outposts deeper into Palestinian land.

The head of El-Mali'h village council, Mahdi Daraghma, said that colonists are continuing to fence off more agricultural land they seized, starting from the Tayaseer military checkpoint and expanding towards El-Burj area in the northern Jordan Valley.

In recent weeks, colonists have fenced off thousands of dunams of grazing and agricultural land in the areas of El-Farsiya, Umm El-Jamal, and Samra, after taking control of them.

Attacks by the illegal Israeli settlers against Palestinians and their property have been escalating in various areas of the northern Jordan Valley in recent months.

UN General Assembly renews UNRWA mandate; Commissioner stresses need for funding to sustain services

NEW YORK, November 19, 2025 (WAFA) —

The Fourth Committee of the UN General Assembly adopted a resolution on Wednesday on assistance to Palestinian refugees and the renewal of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) mandate, with 149 countries voting in favor, 10 against, and 13 abstaining.

In the resolution, the General Assembly expressed regret over the continued inability to return refugees to their homes or compensate them, noting that their situation remains deeply concerning. It emphasized the importance of providing assistance to meet their basic health, education, and livelihood needs.

The resolution reaffirmed the necessity of UNRWA operations and called for its work to continue unhindered until a just solution to the Palestinian refugee issue is reached. The agency’s mandate was renewed until June 30, 2029.

Prior to the vote, UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini highlighted the importance of renewing the agency’s mandate to protect and assist Palestinian refugees until a just and lasting solution is achieved.

Speaking at a meeting of UNRWA’s Advisory Committee in Amman, Jordan, Lazzarini stressed that adequate funding for the agency’s public services is essential to safeguard the rights, lives, and futures of millions of refugees.

Lazzarini also expressed hope that the recent UN Security Council Resolution 2803 on Gaza would contribute to lasting peace and the respect of human rights.

The Commissioner noted that the situation in Gaza remains unstable after two years of continuous Israeli bombardment, repeated displacement, and a harsh blockade.

He denied claims that UNRWA had ceased operations in Gaza, stating: "This is far from reality. The agency continues to operate and remains the largest provider of public health and education services."

Lazzarini also addressed the West Bank, noting that more than 32,000 people have been forcibly displaced from northern refugee camps due to Israeli military actions — marking the largest displacement of Palestinian refugees since 1967. He warned that colonist violence has reached unprecedented levels, recording over 500 incidents in October alone.

He further highlighted the vital services UNRWA provides to Palestinian refugees outside the occupied territories, including in Lebanon, Syria, and Jordan, emphasizing the need for continued international support to maintain these operations.

UN chief calls for justice, aid, and end to occupation on International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian people

NEW YORK, November 19, 2025 (WAFA) —

UN Secretary-General António Guterres issued a message on the occasion of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, observed annually on November 29, emphasizing the urgent need for justice, humanitarian aid, and an end to the occupation.

Guterres said this year’s commemoration comes after two years of devastating suffering in Gaza, compounded by the recent onset of a ceasefire. Tens of thousands of people have been killed, nearly a third of them children, with thousands more injured.

The UN Secretary-General also condemned continuing injustices in the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem, citing Israeli military attacks, settler violence, settlement expansion, evictions, demolitions, and threats of annexation. He explained that hundreds of humanitarian workers, mostly Palestinian UN staff, have been killed, marking the largest loss of personnel in UN history, while journalist casualties have surpassed those in any conflict since World War II.

“The killing of so many civilians, the repeated displacement of an entire population, and the obstruction of humanitarian aid should never be acceptable under any circumstances,” Guterres said.

The recent ceasefire offers a “glimmer of hope,” he added, calling on all parties to respect it fully and work toward solutions that uphold international law.

Guterres stressed the urgent need for life-saving humanitarian aid to enter Gaza and reaffirmed support for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), describing it as an irreplaceable lifeline for millions of Palestinians.

He reiterated his call for an end to the “unlawful occupation of Palestinian territory,” in line with International Court of Justice and UN General Assembly rulings, and urged irreversible progress toward a two-State solution, with Israel and Palestine living side by side in peace within secure and recognized borders based on pre-1967 lines, and Jerusalem serving as the capital of both states.

While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
